Graduate Reflections

Over the course of my graduate program, I have written three reflections regarding my time spent as a Master of Arts in Educational Technology (MAET) student at Michigan State University (MSU).

Beautiful Beginnings
July 23, 2023

This reflection was created as I approached the end of my final two classes before earning my Master of Arts in Educational Technology degree in August of 2023.  In this blog post, I discuss the ways in which the MAET program has changed who I am as an educator and the impact that specific MAET experiences have had on my professional and personal life.

Keep Growing

In this blog post, I recount my recent experience of getting my first tattoo in Gamla Stan, Sweden and the unplanned connection my tattoo has to my professional life.  I reflect upon three future goals that I currently hold and the ways in which I plan to accomplish these goals as I complete my Master of Arts in Educational Technology degree and move on to what is next.

Delve Unceasingly
June 13, 2023

"Delve Unceasingly" is a blog post in which I examine the original goal essay that I wrote for admission into MSU's Master of Arts in Educational Technology program in February of 2022.  In this post, I analyze the ways in which my goals from my admissions essay have  adapted, changed, or stayed the same over the course of my time as an MAET student.
